Ice and Mixed Climbing Strength: An 8 Week Pre-Season Course
This series is focused on building sport-specific strength, endurance, and injury prevention to meet the demands of technical winter climbing. Utilizing Montana’s only commercial drytool cave, prepare for the upcoming ice season with a blend of strength training and time on tools to start the season scratching at full speed.
Whether you’re a seasoned winter technician, looking to break into that next grade, or simply wanting to improve your fitness in the frozen vertical, this series will give you the physical edge necessary.
