Prepare for backcountry archery season and the rigors of long days in the mountains with a load on your back and practice target shooting under stress. This is a series that meets twice a week for 8 weeks.

  • This 8-week series focuses on building strength and aerobic conditioning specific to hunters. 
  • The program also focuses on injury prevention, balance/stability, and full core strength. 
  • Target shooting under stress and with a high heart rate* 
It's fun, and very appropriate training for real hunt scenarios.

*To get the most out of this class you'll need to own or borrow a bow for the duration of the 8 week series.
