This women’s introduction class will help you build a great base for climbing & bouldering! This is the perfect opportunity for you to learn how to move your body in the vertical world and challenge yourself in a safe environment.
We'll cover:
Safety
General body awareness
Understanding climbing language (names of the holds, moves, and commands )
Technique and footwork
Mental strength and self-control
Getting ready to boulder outside
How to train with a structured and purposeful plan for meaningful progress as a climber
Schedule: Weekly on Tuesdays, starting Jan. 23 through Feb. 27 (6 weeks), from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Limit: 10 people
