Led by registered dietitian and TMP coach, Rachel Nawrocki, this program will focus on building strength, enhancing fitness, and boosting confidence in the gym setting, with practical nutrition insights. It will be a supportive environment where you'll work out alongside a fantastic group of women, fostering a culture of encouragement, accountability, and shared success.

Throughout the six weeks, the program will have two gym workouts each week, with the exception of the first and final week having one strength session and one nutrition/goal setting/strategy session. 

Week 1 kicks off with an introductory goal setting and nutrition discussion and one gym workout. Week 6 concludes with a final nutrition, goal-setting, and strategy session to ensure you finish strong and carry your achievements forward. 

Who is this for? If you're looking to workout with a group of awesome ladies, then this is for you! Open to all experience levels, beginners to those with gym experience, whether you’re looking to be strong for mountain sports or just keep up with daily life and build your knowledge with a wellness approach.
