- This 8-week series focuses on building strength and aerobic conditioning specific to hunters.
- The program also focuses on injury prevention, balance/stability, and full core strength.
- Meets 2/x week from 7-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
It's fun, and very appropriate training for real hunt scenarios.
