Prepare for backcountry rifle season and the rigors of long days in the mountains, with a load on your back.  This is a series that meets twice a week for 8 weeks.

  • This 8-week series focuses on building strength and aerobic conditioning specific to hunters. 
  • The program also focuses on injury prevention, balance/stability, and full core strength. 
  • Meets 2/x week from 7-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
It's fun, and very appropriate training for real hunt scenarios. 

**This class is not only for backcountry hunters; just the emphasis is on prep for backcountry hunts.
