Prepare for backcountry archery season and the rigors of long days in the mountains, with a load on your back. This is a series that meets twice a week for 8 weeks.
- This 8-week series focuses on building strength and aerobic conditioning specific to hunters.
- The program also focuses on injury prevention, balance/stability, and full core strength.
- Once a week, we'll bring bows to class and target shoot while under stress/high heart rate during the workouts.
It's fun, and very appropriate training for real hunt scenarios. We'll offer a follow up 8 week series for rifle hunters after Labor Day.
