Purpose: This 6-week climber training class is for intermediate/advanced rock climbers to get you prepared for the upcoming climbing season and any specific goals or trips you have planned this spring/summer. The class, and training program, is led and designed by our climbing coach, Miriam Scholtzhauer.
Accountability and personalized workouts that adapt to your abilities and push you to grow. The goal is to help you get to the next level of your ability, to start off your spring rock season strong and more capable on day one.
On the wall, and off the wall, workouts. Climber specific exercises and injury prevention.
Mindfulness/mental training.
Technique and footwork.
Finger strength.
Athlete participants will work through a structured training progression- for climbers working towards a specific goal, trip, or climb season.
Schedule: Monday & Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm in the Bouldering Gym starting Monday, March 20.
