Run/Cycle Conditioning starts Monday, 3/30 and focuses on preparing the body for the eccentric toll of downhill running, ankle stability, hip & glute firing, leg turnover & power, and all the other unique stressors summer running & cycling place on our bodies.
What this pass includes:
- 2 classes a week for 12 weeks.*
- Run/Cycle conditioning starts 3/30 and ends 6/20.
- You can use your punches during this time period for any type of class (ie. General Mountain Fitness, Full Metal, Mobility) to suit your schedule.
- Pass is eligible during open gym, workout of the day, and drop-in climbing slots too.
