What:  : A sports nutrition workshop designed to educate individuals on low energy availability (LEA) and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) — two critical but often overlooked issues in athletic performance and long-term health.

When: Tuesday, April 29th, 6:00 - 7:00 pm, online

 

We'll cover: 
  • What LEA and REDs actually mean and how they show up in everyday training
  • Common signs and symptoms to watch for (hint: it's more than just fatigue).
  • The role of carbohydrate intake in fueling, recovery, and injury prevention
  • Short and long-term side effects of underfueling.
  • The intersection of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image in sport culture
  • Strategies for recognizing risk factors and building a better fueling plan
Plus some time for live Q+A at the end of the session!
