What:  A sports nutrition workshop designed to empower alpine, nordic, and backcountry skiers and riders with the knowledge and skills needed to elevate their performance and play all winter long.

When: Tuesday, January 21st, 6:00 - 7:00 pm, online

 

We'll cover common questions surrounding fueling and nutrition for winter pursuits, including…

  1. How the body utilizes nutrients during activity so you can understand the best way to nourish yourself throughout winter adventures

  2. How to fuel before + after ski sessions

  3. Ways to overcome common barriers to eating in cold and exposed environments

Plus some time for live Q+A at the end of the session!


For those unable to attend the live webinar, a recording will be available within 24 hours in Punchpass for one week. 


Cost: $35 
(Open to all; you don’t need to be a TMP gym member to attend.)
