OPEN GYM: Come do your own thing.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY: Best suited for those who have come to regular classes and have a sense of our class formats, and exercises. Come on in and take class on your own accord. TIP: Have a TIMER APP downloaded to your phone for ease. 

Final Note: Wednesdays from 7-8AM, one of the ski teams are in the gym. You're more than welcome to come. It is just a bust hour.
