What:  A sports nutrition workshop designed to empower trail runners + cyclists with the knowledge and skills needed to elevate their performance and play in the outdoors.

When: Tuesday, April 2nd, 6:00 - 7:00 pm, online

 

We'll cover common questions surrounding fueling for outdoor pursuits, including…

  1. How should I adjust my daily meals to reflect my training volume?

  2. What’s the deal with carbs, protein, and fat for active humans?

  3. What and when should I eat before, during, and after endurance activity?

  4. How do I know if I’m eating enough to power my play on the trails?

Plus some time for live Q+A at the end of the session!


For those unable to attend the live webinar, a recording will be available within 24 hours in Punchpass for one week, so you can watch at your convenience.
