In this class participants will develop functional mobility by increasing flexibility and strengthening all ranges of motion. We will improve the mind-body connection to increase key areas of stability by working on muscle activation, balance, and proprioception (awareness of body movement and position).
Inclusion of occasional floor-based playful movement will incorporate the skills taught in class to help participants apply their new knowledge and challenge themselves in new ways. This class aims to create resiliency and longevity for athletic pursuits and is a great addition to any routine.
