Learn how to use our bouldering gym to train for any climbing pursuits (boulders, sport, trad, alpine). Our gym was uniquely designed to give you all the tools to improve your climbing and chase your objectives.
            
Description:
                       
A class for all climbers--new and experienced--wanting to incorporate more intention to their time at the climbing gym.  You'll learn how to structure gym sessions to become a better climber both at the gym and outside. Focus is placed on skill, strategy and injury prevention.
                       
We'll cover: 

  • How to properly warm up
  • Building a personal training circuit on the wall that matches your ability.
  • How to incorporate strength & endurance work into your training using our equipment: Spray Wall, Tread Wall or GrassHopper.
  • Injury Prevention Training       
Taught by route setter and coach Quinn Harper. Quinn is a Bozeman native and has been climbing since 2010. He has first ascents across Montana, Wyoming and Mexico.
