Led by registered dietitian and TMP coach, Rachel Nawrocki, this program will focus on building strength, boosting confidence, and providing strength-based nutrition insights in the gym setting. It will be a supportive environment where you'll work out alongside a fantastic group of women, fostering a culture of encouragement, accountability, and shared success.
Throughout the six weeks, the program will have two workouts each week (except the second week due to Memorial Day), working on progressive overload and measuring progress from start to finish. Nutrition and goal setting will be worked into the 6 weeks via a group chat and discussion-based education.
Week 1 kicks off on Monday, May 18th, with goal setting and an introductory strength workout. Week 6 concludes with a final two workouts, goal-setting, and a strategy session to ensure you finish strong and can take what you've learned forward.

Open to all experience levels, beginners to those with gym experience, whether you're looking to be strong for mountain sports or just keep up with daily life and build your knowledge with a wellness approach.
