60 minutes

Classes focus on fundamental strength, muscular endurance & stamina and are interspersed with target shooting in a fatigued state. This is also a great workout for all mountain athletes, you don't have to be a hunter. 


Bring your own bow to Monday's classes or we have some you can borrow.
